As an experienced, registered and Chartered Counselling Psychologist, I am trained in a variety of psychological models, tailoring my approach to suit individual client goals. Specialising in trauma therapy, I offer in-person and online therapy to individuals seeking help for a range of issues, including trauma, complex trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety & psychosis.
My focus is on providing a safe and an open space for my clients to feel comfortable to talk, therefore I adopt a very warm, empathetic and collaborative therapeutic approach. With an individually tailored approach towards each client, the therapies I offer include EMDR therapy, trauma focused CBT, compassion focused therapy, trauma counselling & CBT for psychosis. I aim to equip my clients with the tools and knowledge necessary to not only help them in their present, daily life but also for the long-term.
In addition to offering trauma counselling and other therapies, I am also passionate about training and education. My bespoke training packages are available to organisations in the areas of general mental health, trauma, psychosis, and posttraumatic stress awareness. Moreover, I also provide expert psychological assessments for the purposes of legal proceedings or other investigative reasons.
